REFUND PROCESS

  • We will refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, and other sealed hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
  • Personalized items are excluded from returns.

RETURNING NON-DAMAGED OR CORRECT ITEMS

Want to return an item that was neither damaged nor incorrectly delivered (using your right of withdrawal)?

That’s possible at your own expense. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

A NOTE ON SUSTAINABILITY

As our products are shipped internationally, we aim to reduce unnecessary returns. For eligible claims, physical returns are often not required.
